Rod, you point out above the "rights to the whole BG".  But what of the SG?
Discussion in the newsgroup etc seems to suggest that ATN plan running Dimboola
to Appleton Dock, and Junee/NSW Riverina to Appleton Dock, in which case they'd
only be running over ARTC track wouldn't they?  Or do ATN wish to run on
Victorian SG track (ie, Portland, Yapeet, Warracknabeal)?  Have there been any
suggestions of ATN running on BG?

The plot thickens.....
