It is alive. Word has it, some engineers from Gonads are down looking at 
it, and working out how the hell to fix the thing (i.e. make it more 
reliable). There are planned test runs, but who knows when/where. Possibly 
an "as required" basis. It has done a passenger run at least once in the 
last month - and failed.

Funny that it hardly ever used to fail. Now it does, it doesn't get fixed.
