Just because GSR don't update their website regularly (which is annoying if
there are changes or if you want to know if the Sydney - Alice Springs Ghan
is going via Cootamundra this weekend for example) doesn't mean that emails
would go unanswered.

Just remember, you don't need an updated website (or any at all) to reply to
email.

btw, I doubt that the CEO would read half the the stupid emails (or the good
ones) he receives anyway. That's what personal assistants etc are for.
