no, Sprinter would be dead for sure (actually depend on which one hauls
which one) due to different transmission components.

Shorty Bayside will recieve Siemens EMUs and Hillside will recieve
Alstom EMUs,and V/line's Adtranz DMUs, chances of seeing more
interesting combination will increase.
