But you have to remember that, before the Americans invented 'management' as
a science in the 20th century, the old models from the 19th and all previous
centuries were the ARMY, the CHURCH and the RAILROADS.

I get the feeling that the special trains for "Jubilee 2000" were a one-off
effort based on the common management style of the CHURCH, the ARMY and the
CITYRAIL!

Don't expect any other groups to get the same service!
