Apparently it was a broken stay arm somewhere around Wahroonga.  No
lines were "down" but there were sagging and potentially out of
alignment wires.  The overhead wiring is maintained by the Rail Access
Corporation, who have apologised profusely fo rthe inconvenience
caused.
