New masts are only located at bridges over Mona Vale Rd, Gore Hill Fwy, and at
assorted crossovers and signal gantries. North of Artarmon there are no
concrete sleepers.

It seems that rail upgrading on the NS line amounts to a big fat zero. There
was an uproar in a local paper a few monthes back because there was an entire
weekend shutdown between Hornsby and Gordon, but not a single bit of work was
done.
