Keswick station is virtually empty plenty of space is avilable. I never
been to Adelaide coach terminal before but I heard of the coach terminal
is in very poor condition and expensive to upgrade.

Signal, maybe some related facilities like watering/fuel etc. But I
suspect this 20m included building a passenger carriages yard near North
 Terrance.

Don't forget Brisbane Limited can be fit into the platform. And couple
of years ago when SG line from Adelaide to Melbourne completed there was
a train ran into SG platform of Roma Street. I think that train was very
long.
