A 17 car Overland isn't the same as a 36 car Indian Pacific.

The complexity of trackwork and the inflexibility of platform use.

North Terrace isn't cut out for trains as long as the IP and Ghan, or a 21
(short) car GSPE. It could easily handle the Overland, but that's a sad
indictment on the train rather than a glowing reference for the station.
