Congratulations, you have now signed the bureaucratic approval form for the 
government to send in it's consultants to spend 60 months deciding if 
people will catch the train or not. At the end of this 60 month consulting 
period, if the consultants decide that the idea is feasible, another study 
funded by the road lobby will take place as a further and final feasibility 
study. If this is approved, you will be lucky to see one Sprinter per week 
each way for a period of 12 years along with a 136 page agreement stating 
that services are not to be increased more than the rate of inflation.
