But QR offer pensioner/concession on tilt train, don't forget that!

I took tilt train only once (and will do it again in July). I noticed 85% of
the passengers on board from Roma street got off at Rocky. Most passengers
goes from end to end. Tilt train is attractive enough to get QR in a good
position against airlines.

If and only if QR can get rid of more curves in between Maryborough West and
Roma street and reduce stops. There are still plenty of tight curves between
Nambour and Maryborough West. (especially near Cooran and the National park
stretch just north of Nambour) Tilt train can't really compet speed with
airlines.

Cheers
