I would say that Upfield would have been a perfect candiate for closure. 
Whos decision was it to keep it open and perform the heart transplant on it 
that may well have kept it alive now? (Damn damn damn, I liked it as it 
was.. 2 pos signalling, interlocked gates, hand gates, what more could you 
want??)
