The revenue-split argument is a furphy.
The barriers at Flinders St don't which company's train the ticketholder will be
boarding.
The revenue split can be done on sample survey statistics and extrapolated.
This is what PMG did for payment for mail transport for years: all mail was
weighed for one week, then payments were based on this being the typical figure.
Having to 'validate' a ticket for revenue splitting is having the customer do
management's job: just like gst accounting.


Forget about 'Unchain' anything.
