The UNE report was commissioned before we moved to Dorrigo. The decision to
move was based on their findings. Basically they found that running trains
would make a loss, but would be fully supported by the profit from the
static display. Overall, they found the whole concept was viable. This is
why we need to establish the static display before starting to work towards
running trains.
