CR NSW Announcements - Was [NSW] my free travels today

The announcements are recorded so there is (when the system is used
correctly) a uniform standard of announcements, this includes late running
announcements. ISTR several years ago early in CityRail's live staff being
carpeted for apolgising for late trains, now it is standard practice.

I know I'd rather a recorded announcement that is correct and understandable
rather than some of the announcements which aren't correct and/or
understandable.

<slightly ot> I wonder if John Howard has a prerecorded announcement saying
sorry for the stolen generation? </slightly ot>
