I don't really see what the alleged victim has got to complain about,
you broke the law and you got fined so cop it on the chin. The
conditions for concessions are in the fares guide and its very common
knowledge among teenagers that 15 is the cut off age. As for claiming
you did'nt have your feet on the seats, well I'll take the word of the
inspector rather than some pimple faced brat.
