How could you do that much damage if you trip 2 signals... the last one is
approximately 300 metres from Holmsglen Station? I'm guessing he sped through
the first one, tripped through then accelerated before tripping the second one
and smashing into the back of the pass.

I caught the 1411hrs up GWY this afternoon (tempting fate as I was meant to be
on yesterday's one as well!) and the driver did not go above 60km/hr the whole
trip in. Six separated Comeng cars sitting with a whole pile of ballast and a
front-loader just beyond the Holmsglen car park. Most of the damage has been
covered up with tarps. Holmsglen car park was also empty (no surprise)
