Strange enough ....last time it was V/line recieved fine and Hillside
recieved bonus. I can only suggest Hillside was a bad performer before the
pirvatisation, I used to catch Hurstbridge trains quite often(3 years ago)
cancellation was quite common back then,  and after the privatisation it
took CGEA little effort to make up the lost.
