Finally they started to train station staffs,but cameras and more
inspectors won't help much unless they re-introduce the connies, but
the question is are these 113 people going to stay on board a
particular tram all the time? or would they be moving around , changing
trams like what they do now? if the later was the case then there's no
point of reintroudtion connies.

Also trams aren't the biggest problem, trains have bigger security
problem then trams, why not cosdinering reintroduce train guards on
trains all the time?

Cameras can capture criminals but they can't slove the problem
immediately when passengers been threaten.
