Re: Countrylink Alcohol Problems

Would any one know if people that serve alcohol on the rail
services have to have an RSA card ( Responsible Service of
Alcohol )? As those that work in in the hospitality industry are
gradually required to gain. This would be a good start. Are
those that do serve alcohol on trains educated in customer
sevice as are Flights on the airlines? Incidently on my last
trip with CL no problems. Everything is made of plasic
though, knives, forks, plates, cups, glasses and of course the food.
So indeed, you have to wash it down with something.
