What is happening in Mt Alexander Rd on the Airport West 59 tram line?
The last I heard, service was being delayed massively because of private
cars flooding on to the road to avoid the introduction of tolls on the
Tullamarine Freeway, and Swanston Trams was being given hefty fines for
late-running not its fault.
