student who does have much money coming to and from uni have to go what you
may call 2nd class as there budgets are tight and yes i do know there are
screming kids in 2nd class as i did the night train to brisbane 2 yrs ago
from gosford and yes i could not sleep well and yes there was kidsd that
woke up in the night but that is one of the things that you put up with
going 2 nd class.
Also is it true that thoes people who are on a allowance such as old age can
go to the boarder for only $10 and is this for only 2nd class or do they get
away going first class for this price?
and as for the kids i have meet some nice people in 2nd class who are quite
happy to talk to you unlike 1st class where most of them dont care if you
are there or not so i am happy to go 2nd class no matter if it is to go to
brisbane or to melbourne doing both night and day trains so i cant see why
the need to sheel out more money if you are only on the train for 4 hours at
the most i could understand for 10 oir more hours but for a short trip like
that 2nd class should do the job.
In one way it is like flying to melbourne from sydney why pay big money for
first class when you are only up in the air for no more than about 1and 1/2
hours.
