You could argue that it shouldn't be restored to active service because of the
very reasons I have said earlier in this thread. And just because they have
allowed this railmotor to be returned to service, it doesn't mean they should
do it to all their other exhibits. But the biggest problem with returning any
more locos to steam is the fact that there simply isn't enough resources.
