Perhaps that earlier derailment had some effect or the access tracks arent
good
The Daily Telegraph (yes that oh so reputable rag) i think claimed that
there was a section there limited to 40km/h due to track being under
observation. If they are not referring to one of the sharp curves, then that
may be the reason.
