Re: Sydney CityRail Security Cameras?

They don't stop violence on trains, I remember sitting on a train on a late
night and some guy was bashing his girlfriend. It was only when we arrived at
the next station someone alerted the station staff who contacted the police.
The current security people look like they would run away at the first sign of
trouble, what happened to the police being on trains? Or are they out on the
roads collecting revenue for the state govt.
I read a story a few years in the ago in the SMH how a woman was raped on a
cityrail train near the guards compartment and despite screems, the guard stayed
in his cabin and refused to help. I hope this guard has since been sacked.
