Police on trains still do appear, but CityRail has taken it upon themselves
to find people who work for minimum wage and minimum training to monitor the
trains. All they do is walk up and down. They are helpless. If someone had a
gun, they couldn't do anything. You'd be lucky if half of them spoke
english.
