Actaully NR class is also a freight loco sometimes on a passenger
train, how about QR's class 39 EL and class 21/28 DL haul Queenslander?
(freight loco also) and Country Link's class 422 loco hauls passenger
service? V/line-P's A class? WCR's S class and B class?

BL class is fuel efficiency and easier to shunt then NR class, they are
older hence at lower charges, they are very reliable as well, the
maximum speed is the same as NR (115kph not 100). Slightly lower power
won't differ from NR class too much,
