Ok,that's enough! drop the interstate difference!

If Melbourne is not going to be a major shipping port it certainly
should be a major source of NRC's trains. There are far too many
interstate freight lost to trucks, needless to say board gauge
prevented interstate freight trains's flexibility to serve heavy
industrial area like Hasting, Dandenong and part of Geelong. Melbourne
will generate consider amount of traffic for NRC if it is able to offer
competitive pricing and timing.
