Typo   --  schmypo!!!

AFAIK, when measuring time a single apostrophe means hours, a double
apostrophe means minutes and a triple apostrophe means seconds.

When measuring distance, a single apostrophe means feet and a double
apostrohe means inches.

When measuring angles, the below posting is correct.
