Re: [NSW] Tangara refurbishments



Once they check out that the new M sets are acceptable City Rail should
start a program to rid the system of all non-air conditioned cars as they
are totally unacceptable to passenger comfort and hence attracting patronage
in this day and age.  A lot of commuters choose motor vehicles as they are
air conditioned and comfortable. There is nothing like catching a train at
Wynyard that has been sitting all day in the sun at Lavender Bay that is not
air conditioned.  I caught one the other day and its a wonder passengers
didn't faint from the heat.,
