[NSW] Tangara refurbishments

Are there any plans, under discussion or even implemented, to "refurbish"
the T sets (new seats/window seat "footrest")? It seems that in some cars
the seats have been replaced with new (i.e. clean, unscratched) ones and the
blue and yellow stripes running under the door and lower deck windows have
been renewed on most Mortdale T sets.
