Following is the text of a letter in the Daily Telegraph on Saturday
5/2/00:-

"Well done to the Cityrail employee, carrying his own bags, who helped an
elderly person with luggage at Central Station at 7.30 am on Friday when
many other people passed by,
It seems that if Cityrail management were as concerned about its customers
as this staff member was, and worried less about the cost, they would have
more travellers and a better bottom line.
