[VIC] R700 transfer

The consist from Newport to Ballarat was T364 - T356 - T385 - R700 - D -
RMS - BK - BK - BK
- BRS - BKL - BK. The consist from Ballarat to Spencer Street was T356 -
T364 - T385 - BRS -
BK - BK - BK - RMS - D - BK - BKL. I left my pen at home so I didn't
record any accurate times. :-(
