Re: What to do in Sydney?

And I started the thread and live on the Sunshine Coast!

Don't want the railway into Maroochydore though. I live closer to
Woombye and can't see the service frequency to Nambour being kept up
(still a long way from being adequate now!) if the trains go into
Maroochydore.

Maybe if they ran it as a loop line Landsborough -> Caloundra ->
Kawana -> M'dore -> Airport (?) -> Nambour - Landsborough -> Brisbane
with an hourly service off peak each direction around the loop with
express running Beerwah -> Caboolture -> Petrie - > N'gate -> B'Hills
supplemented by a local service L'borough - > Caboolture to meet the
express I'd be more welcoming of the train line into M'dore. And pigs
might fly too...

Cheers,
Michael
