Upon checking the timetables for the 'dog':

Run GX903 CBR-SYD takes 3h45m (Express CBR-PRT-SYD)
Run GX904 SYD-CBR takes 4h exactly (Express SYD-PRT-CBR)
Run GX251 CBR-SYD takes 4h15m (CBR-NCB-LPL-PRT-STR-SYD)
Run GX256 SYD-CBR takes 4h30m (SYD-PRT-LPL-CBW-MIG-GUL-CBR)
