This is stirring stuff, trying to work out what lines you mean!

Which six passenger lines closed since December 1950?
1 Richmond - Kurrajong
2 Campbelltown - Camden
3 St Marys - Dunheved (big deal for most passengers!)
4 Camellia - Sandown (big deal for most passengers!)
don't count Abbatoirs - it's reopened as Olympic Park!
don't count Loftus - The Royal National Park
don't count the weekly train to Holsworthy Rifle Range - it was just
re-routed via East Hills!
don't count Ultimo Street - Darling Harbour - Balmain Road Jctn. It just
changed operators!

Which seven goods/freight lines closed since December 1950?.
1 Regents Park - Potts Hill (big deal for most freight customers!)
2 North Sydney Brick and Tile Co siding at St Leonards (big deal for most
freight customers!)
3 maybe you counted Lidcombe - Necropolis as a freight line?
4 maybe you counted Sutherland - Woronora Cemetery as a freight line?

Lots of car sidings have closed and opened. In terms of places where
suburban electric trains are stabled,
Closed: Prince Alfred Sidings, Punchbowl CS, Hurstville, Sutherland, Clyde
Sidings, East Hills, North Strathfield sidings.
New since 1950: Blacktown, Penrith, Campbelltown, Gosford, Wollongong,
Bondi Jctn, Eveleigh.

Looking forward to the definitive version of "6 passenger railway lines in
Sydney have closed, 7 goods/freight lines have closed and 1 car siding has
closed".
