Hate to have to pull you up there Paul 
BUT there is numerous cases of trains ex NR Melbourne being delayed at
Junee BECAUSE of a lack of DG documentation (had to have epgs faxed to
us more that once after change over) ,
trains with brake retention cirt' with wrong wagon numbers shown as
the last three vehicles when checked against the rosco load (the cirt
was wrong not the rosco load... in my case}
had to get a telegram to authorise a overloaded 5 pack to run ex Junee
one night      (it had come from melbourne)
must say there has been just as much trouble ex Chullora
Need i go on.......................
