No not  in this financial period.  But wait untill after a certain
international sporting carnival takes place expect to see the spliting up of
Cityrail into 3 "aggressive customer focused transport companies" ala Melbourne
and the UK and then sold to overseas companies for a song.  With the roling
stock sold or leased to them for a princely sum of $1.
