All the workers know what's wrong with the system but they keep doing this
sort of thing which lowers morale even further. The problems are lack of
training, the break up of SRA to different groups, lack of communication
between staff, lack of rolling stock and maintenance of that rolling stock, a
timetable that makes no sense.
