Am I the only person who finds the "female" DVA announcements hard to
hear at times, especially on city underground stations? Grant Goldman
DVAs were always crystal-clear under almost all conditions, and even
"live" announcements are usually audible enough (even if not always
comprehensible in other ways), but the female voice seems to have almost
no capacity to penetrate other noises?
