The Department of Transport requires all bus fleets to average under 12
years of age. The STA has to get new buses to keep this under control. Of
course CityRail doesn't have this.

Strangely appearing on new Ticket Vending Machines at Central, but not on
new station entrance signage at Town Hall and Strathfield (the old version
is used, but is yellow and white on a blue background).
