I don't know where you got your 'guestimate' of 5 billion from...but if it
cost that much, and you were able to raise the money, I bet you could find
the 100,000 dollars to relocate Ararat turntable, or build another Y at the
end of the coal sidings big enough to turn an engine. Cost of land about
$75000 and $25000 should cover the cost of laying track recovered from the
old Y, [about to be ripped up by the local Council..so be quick.]
