Towns like Castlemaine/Woodend/Kyneton will just be a suburban of
Melbourne. :-) 200kph would further cut about 10-15 minutes on Ballarat
line original plans to run trains to Ballarat in 50 minutes, and
further reduction on Geelong/Traralgon line. In "The Age"    Stevie
(premere) made it sounds so expensive to reduce that extra 20
minutes ....yeah right so is Carlton tunnel/Ringwood freeway extension
and Geelong highway expansion.
