Absolutely. They should introduce tram only lanes in clear way times. One
lane for trams, one for cars. Transurban should see that as fair; the effect
(on Toorak Road at least) is the same for them.

Does the proposed removal of clearways affect any Yarra Tram routes? (Since
they're owned by the same company as Citylink?)
