I wondered how they calculate all the fines and bonuses??
and there is no information about whetever privatisation helped to
attract more passengers, nor the comparison of pre-preivatisation
customer satisfaction nor the reliability of the stuff "Onelink" built
(sorry I can't type those words at the moment!!)

Other information on the booklet:
Passenger information:

Best: V/line and Bayside train
Worst: Swanston trams

Service delivery:

Best: Hillside train

Passenger comfort:

Best: Yarra Trams

Personal safty and security:

Best: V/line

WCR, Hoys didn't participate nor GSR and Countrylink.
