[Bridge Road Richmond]

Banning parking and putting in a Fair Way (tram only lane), even just in
peak hours would be much cheaper. Parking's already banned in peak hours
anyway.

This is just between Church Street and Punt Road we're talking about, isn't
it. It's probably only 5 minutes of the total trip anyway.

David, did you confirm that the original poster was talking about the 48/75,
or was it some other route? (86, for example?)
