I would venture to say that Victoria has become the World
capital for GM cabs.

If we consider cab GM cab units in regular daily service and
discount all the plastic preserved stuff then the only other
places which come close are:

LTV Steel Mining - down to 4 cabs now.

Metro North - maybe 8-10 covered wagons only. I saw no cabs
along the Hudson last month during a whole day of watching (
from the Conrail side ). 3 years ago there were heaps each
day. I believe they're still used to Danbury and Waterbury
though.

Does anybody know where there are more GM cabs running each
day than in Melbourne ?
