On the Short South

Aus loco discussion mailing list

Good afternoon folks,
Having had yesterday off from work as a "sickie" thought I would post
details of train movements on the Short South for Friday 18/2 and Saturday
19/2 (so far).
This information may assist those who may be planning a visit to the area
and sightings are typical for these 2 days.

16.03 NR70/NR61 7SG3 down NRC.

Boy, you can really see the NR class dominance on the short south. And no
coloured ones to boot!

Hope this may be of some assistance to some of you.
Sorry for missing train numbers, but even Danny on the South could not
assist as wheaties & limestone trains often run out of sequence.

Regards
Ivar
