Gentlemen,
                    I have learnt allot from the mailing list. Being the
backwaters of the state it is always interesting to know what is happening
east of the sandstone curtain, down in Mexico and even in the west. I agree
with the slight modifications that Paul has eluded to and would find it
great if these topics could be allowed to be discussed in this manner.
        Most of the listings I am sure have been fairly close to the mark of
the guidelines and I am sure that this wake up call will ensure that
everyone is a little more topical in their postings.
 
        Great work Patrick in having the foresight to set up a mailing list
such as this and congratulations on the excellent job you have undertaken in
moderating our postings!!
