A what?? Explorer?? how long would it take for an explorer to cover the 
journey?? and how frequent would the train be?? Possibly extension of the 
Armidale/Moree explorer to Griffith I assume....

They always meant to use 422 class or 81 class to haul this service (imaging 
how ugly and inconsistence they would look)...not XP class power car
